We make safety—and planning for safety at Rogers—both a jobsite and business priority. Our commitment to safety is in the able hands of veteran Safety Director, Ricky Vickery, who is well respected throughout the industry for his exceptional safety leadership. We believe a safe environment is fostered by proper management and supervision combined with regular safety training, coaching of safe practices, and clear policies and procedures, all consistently applied.

Every superintendent participates in comprehensive ongoing safety and environmental education. Additional jobsite training is provided by AGC’s site safety van service which brings another level of safety training and awareness to our workforce.

A site specific safety program is developed for every project and distributed to the project Owner, superintendent, and onsite subcontractors. Everyone on site is required to follow the specified safety procedures. Regular inspections insure that proper safety measures are in place and being followed.

When construction involves occupied space whether it is office workers and especially children attending school or families attending church or elderly residents of a skilled nursing center, safety precautions are paramount. Rogers is a trusted construction partner who knows how to work in sensitive and challenging work environments that minimize disruptions and potential safety concerns.
