Rogers Construction Company (RCC) is a full-service, award-winning and financially-sound commercial building contractor committed to doing the right thing, no matter what.  We have the privilege of serving a diverse and prestigious clientele in both the private and public sector throughout Georgia and the Southeast.  Based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Rogers Construction was founded in 1961 by Harwell S. Huggins.  Roger S. Huggins, Harwell’s son, succeeded his father as president in 1985.

We provide comprehensive general contracting, construction management and design build services. Clients appreciate our proven track record of consistently meeting budgets, meeting schedules, and building to the level of quality they expect. Honest communication, dedicating more personalized attention to our clients to insure an enjoyable customer experience, and reliability have been just as critical to our success as expertise in the details of every phase of construction.  Together, these strengths help us build great buildings and enduring relationships with our clients, design partners, employees, and subcontractors.
