Rogers Construction Company approaches each project and client relationship with a focus on delivering construction excellence and service excellence.  Achieving project success, which is everyone’s goal, is a direct result of how well all project team members function and interact throughout project duration starting in the preconstruction and planning stages all the way to completion. Our goal is to deliver reliable, proactive services during every phase of the project that gives you, the Owner, peace of mind that you are in good, experienced hands.

In keeping the best interest of our clients in mind at all times, we believe it is up to the Architect and contractor to collaborate in such a way that your vision and goals for a project is realized and the execution of that vision or project goals is delivered in the most effective and efficient  manner possible.  This same level of collaboration and teamwork between our firm and subcontractors and second and third tier subs is required for a project to succeed. 

During the preconstruction phase, our primary focus revolves around looking for possibilities to improve quality, expedite schedules and optimize costs. This is also when we invest the time to clearly understand your needs and expectations both for the project and the type of customer experience you will value.

During the construction phase of the project, we provide all management and related services as necessary to adequately supervise, monitor and coordinate the work of all subcontractors. The focus of our project management team is to maximize subcontractor performance per contract documents and the client’s goals, anticipate and minimize or eliminate problems, promptly remedy issues, and minimize disruptions or delays. In order to achieve this, our team will establish, implement and maintain procedures to assure coordination and communication among all parties.

We realize that what we do in the post-construction phase to close out a project is just as important, or even more important, than earlier phases.  It is at this time when your last impression of us is made and you formulate your opinion about what it is like to do business with Rogers Construction.  Thus, our approach is ultimately measured by your level of satisfaction before, during and after each phase of the construction process.
