chad-clark-full-imageChad Clark oversees the delivery of preconstruction services so every new project gets off to a strong start and the highest quality facility is built for the best value possible to meet client goals and achieve project success. He assumed this responsibility in 2008 when he was promoted to Vice President. Clients rely on Chad’s recommendations on construction feasibility, value engineering and subcontractor proposal reviews.  He also provides timely conceptual estimates and budget analysis in support of the design team and Owner.

Soon after starting with the company in 2002 as assistant project manager, he was promoted to project manager in 2003.  Chad has been on a fast track ever since currently serving on the company’s Executive Team. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s estimating services and business development activities including overall marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Rogers Construction, Chad was project manager at a firm specializing in waterproofing & fireproofing and earlier served in a management role with Home Depot. He served more than seven years in the U.S. Air Force working with the Air Force Intelligence Agency where he was awarded several accolades for honorable service.

Chad received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, an Associate Degree in Commercial Construction Management at Gwinnett Technical College, and an Associate Degree in Communications Applications Technology at the Community College of the Air Force.  Chad stays actively involved in AGC serving as a local champion in his region to encourage more member participation. He also served in a leadership role with Georgia Branch, AGC’s Young Leadership Program.
